Coffee and cake

The Community Reporters project has spent three sessions with the 'Parnwell Coffee and Cake Club'. This club meets every Thursday morning and helps people who speak English as a second language to practice their vocabulary. 

We're working with the members of the Coffee and Cake Club to create a video which, when finished, will be loaded on to YouTube. The video shows what the group does, and aims to encourage new people to join.

There were a number of steps involved in creating the video:

• - A creative session was held to come up with ideas for what the video should cover and what the Club wanted to achieve.
• - Footage for the short film was shot.
• - Interviews were completed.
• - The film was edited, music and captions were added.

Now the Coffee and Cake Club have collectively suggested some changes to the video which are currently being made. We hope to preview the final film in September!
